From August 27th to 29th, 2019 China (Datong) New Energy International Forum and Energy Expo was held in Datong, Shanxi. Jinbei New Energy Company of North Region was invited to attend the forum. More than 500 new energy experts, scholars and entrepreneurs home and abroad gathered in this ancient capital to discuss the energy revolution and green development in the future focusing on the theme of “Energy Revolution for Human Development”.

From July 19th to August 21st, the South China Headquarters and its affiliated new energy and thermal power companies successively held a series of Staff Family Day activities with the theme of “Gathering in Beautiful South China, Celebrating Good Times”. Nearly 700 employees and family members participated in the activities.

On August 12th, Nanjing China Resources Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Banqiao Project) won the title of “Nanjing Safe Enterprise” in the “Safe Enterprise” establishment in Nanjing.

At 9:58 on August 10th, the high-temperature subcritical comprehensive upgrading project of #3 unit of Xuzhou China Resources Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xuzhou Project) successfully passed the 168-hour full-load test run, with all unit performance indicators and environmental indicators reaching an excellent level.

At 2:14 in the morning of August 1st, the dock work dispatch office of China Resources Power (Wenzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Wenzhou Project) received an urgent notice from Wenzhou Aojiang Marine Office that a fisherman was seriously injured on board when engaging in water operations, as well as a request for Wenzhou Project to assist the rescue.

On July 29th, the Identification and Review List of 2019 Guangdong Youth Science and Technology Education Base was released. “China Resources Haifeng Power Plant Environmental Protection Science Education Base” recommended by China Resources Power (Haifeng) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Haifeng Project) was among the list, and became the only youth science and technology education base in Shanwei being selected this year.

At 18:32 on July 18th, the first wind turbine of the Anyang Yonghe 250MW Wind Power Project of Anyang New Energy Company in Central-West Region was successfully connected to the grid.

At 15:39 on July 8th , Qiuxian 100MW wind power project of Jinan New Energy Company in North China Region was successfully connected to the grid for power generation.

On July 3, 35 teachers and students from the School of Environmental Science and Engineering of Southern University of Science and Technology came to Guangzhou China Resources Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangzhou Project) to carry out social practice activities in environmental protection.

On July 5th, Li Yan, General Manager of China Resources Power (Ningxia) Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ningxia Power Sales Company) visited Huaneng Xinjiang Energy Development Co., Ltd. in Urumqi, and the two sides held a discussion on the cross-provincial power marketing business. At the meeting, the two sides reached and signed a cooperation agreement with an annual power sales amount of 1 billion kWh, which opened up the path for the company to develop Xinjiang power source and external power market.
