On February 13, the review meeting for the Proposal of the Shanwei Honghaiwan V Offshore Wind Power Project was held in Guangzhou. The Project is located in the southern sea area of the Honghaiwan Development Zone in Shanwei City, with a planned installed capacity of 500 MW. It is proposed to install no more than 32 wind turbine generator systems with a single unit capacity of 16-18 MW, and to construct a 500 kV offshore step-up substation and a 500 kV offshore reactive power compensation station.
