On August 9, the chimney tube wall structure of the Shitoumei 2×1,000 MW Thermal Power Project, undertaken by Chongqing Energy's Xinjiang branch, was successfully completed. The chimney features a double-tube reinforced concrete sleeve structure, with a suspended  double inner cylinder made from composite titanium steel plate. It employs the advanced and mature "hydraulic turnover formwork" construction technology currently used in China. Standing at a total height of 240 meters, it is the tallest single building in the region.
